Amendment in F.A.R from .70 to 3.5 by UPSIDA, will boost Trans Delhi Signature City/Tronica City’s Property

The demand for increasing the FAR on the industrial plots of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Council (UPSIDA) was pending from so many years, which was demanding by various industrial associations and industrialists  of the state from a long time. Only the industrial plots of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Council (UPSIDA) remained the lowest FAR, while the floor area ratio had already been increased by the all other authorities or departments as per the demand.

Keeping in the view of all the above demands, Government has made an amendment in the clause 6.4.43.3 and 9(4) (iv) of the Land Development and Building Regulation 2018 of UPSIDA in the order of the letter no. 1849/77-4-20-42-N/20 Dated 29.06.20 regarding increasing the FAR of industrial plots and allowing mixed use of industrial plots with an area of ​​more than 25 acres. Mr. Mayur Maheshwari ji, the Chief Executive Officer of UPSIDA, have published a copy of office order issued on 7 April 2021 from his official Twitter handle. The enhanced FAR will greatly benefit the allottees and investment seekers of UPSIDA’s various projects in the state.

Areas like Trans Delhi Signature City, Tronica City, Sahibabad and Ghaziabad which are very closed to Delhi, will become the first choice of the industrialists of Delhi who want to establish their industry outside Delhi.  By this amendments property rates is expected to surge in Tronica City, which is currently known as Trans Delhi Signature City.
