The UP Awas Vikas Parishad has already acquired 2,600 acres for residential, commercial, and recreational development. In which UP Awas Vikas has been allot 12000 flats aprox, work is in progress and allottees will get possession by 2015.
Realty players like Ansal Housing, RMS Group, Swarneem Group, MSX group, Care Group, Magnum group etc, have come up with group-housing projects here.
