OTS scheme of UPISIDA has extended till 21.03.2022

Due to of Covid-19 epidemic, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority, (UPSIDA) had started one-time settlement scheme from 20.12.2021 to 20.02.2022 for the payment of outstanding maintenance fee till 01.07.2021 for the entrepreneurs of industrial plots of notified industrial development areas of the Authority. This order was passed in the 39th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Authority, dated 02.12.2021.
UPISIDA has extended this scheme till 21.03.2022 via Office Order No.93 dated 21.02.22 while the other instructions of office Order No. 2353 dated 16.12.2021 will remain the same. Many entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organizations were requesting for extend the time period, due to the election dates, increasing outbreak of covid-19, problems in online payment through Nivesh Mitra for several days.
