There was no sub-division policy for industrial plots in the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority; the above issue was pending for a long time. Now the policy has been passed by the board of directors in the 40th board meeting on dated 12th may 2022.
In the Land Development and Building Regulation 2018 of the Authority, some amendments were made by the Authority in the policy of subdivision of industrial plots, on which suggestions/objections were sought from the general public and various industrial organizations. The above draft was made online on 2 December 2021 for the above suggestions and objections. Including all the suggestions received on this, the revised draft of new sub-division policy was presented before the Board of Directors by the members of the committee constituted. Accepting all the amendments, the Board of Directors approved the policy of subdivision. This has been implemented with immediate effect by the office order dated June 14, 2022.
