NHAI has approved the new expressway to reduce the pressure of vehicles going through Delhi to Ghaziabad and other areas. This expressway will starts from Delhi Amritsar National Highway and will connect to currently under construction Delhi-Dehradun-Expressway, Delhi- Meerut Expressway and Delhi- Agra National Highway.
Even before this, many times PWD Delhi and Housing Development Council had worked on the similar project to connect Delhi Amritsar Highway to Delhi Meerut Highway. but due to some issues construction work could not be started. This time the project work would be start soon because its construction work will be done by the National Highway Authority of India.
The total length of this highway will be about 115 kilometers and a target has been set to complete it by December 2025. This highway will start from Allipur Delhi, passing over Yamuna river, passing through Mandola Vihar, an ambitious project of Uttar Pradesh awas vikas parishad, which is being developed along with Trans Delhi Signature City (Tronica City), will reach to Faridabad via Mohan Nagar and Noida.
This highway will be beneficial for the residents of Mandola Vihar and industrialist of Tronica City Industrial area. There is a possibility of a huge jump in property prices in Tronica City industrial area due to the construction of this highway. This has remained a center of attraction for industrialists and investors for the last 5-6 years. This area has already become a favorite place for industrialists due to connectivity with Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. In the last 5 years, there has been an increase of about 5 times in the rate of property here.
