UPSIDA Circle rates/lease premium rates has been revised in the 44th Board Meeting held on 12.09.2024, these rates will be applicable from 22.09.2024. Accordingly, the lease premium rates for all the plots in the existing industrial areas are being increased by the same percentage as promulgated in the Cost Inflation Index (CII) notified by CBDT. In compliance with this, the lease premium rates have been increased by 4.31 percent for the financial year 2024-25 in the current premium rates. As per the minutes of the 44th Board meeting, in accordance with the approval given by the Chief Executive Officer on determination of lease premium rates of various assets of the Authority, office order is being issued as follows:-
