Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has re-issued the list of vacant industrial plots for the allotment in Trans Delhi Signature City (Tronica City), Baghpat and various other industrial areas of UPSIDA. Allotment for the all plots will be done through online biding on 07 January 2021. All applicants have to submit their applications and related documents online on or before December 28, 2020. While The earnest money can be paid online or offline on or before 28 December.
Reserve price for the Trans Delhi Signature city area has set at 13550 per meter, Location charges will be extra. Now UPSIDA is doing all allotments by its online system, in which department is getting more revenue from the industrialist buyers. While industrialists are getting the land less than market rates and also getting the benefits of transfer charges with the direct allotment in their names.
