After a long waiting period of many years for repairing, the Sonia Vihar Yamuna River Pusta road, which is the main approach road to Trans Delhi Signature City-Tronica City, finally has got the approval from the government. Tender for the repair work of above road has been invited in the various newspapers on June 14, 2021. The irrigation department Agra, has approved an estimated target cost of Rs.111.14 lakhs. The application for the auction process will start from 16 June 11:00 AM to 23 June 3:00 PM, the date of opening of the tender is 24 June 2021 11.00 am. The repair work of around 2.70 kilometres will have to be completed in 30 days from the tender. Only this 2 and half kilometre patch was in too bad condition while the rest, which is located in Delhi region has already been reconstructed.
The above road was a victim of indifference of various departments for repair or reconstruction for the last 6-7 years. After the repair work of the above road, the resident and industrialist of Trans Delhi Signature City will get rid of the accident happening in the past, and financial losses.
On the other hand, construction work of Delhi Saharanpur national highway 709B is about to almost complete and Delhi Haridwar economic corridor green Expressway has been also already started and its deadline of completion is year 2023. All these road works make easy approach to UPSIDA’s Trans Delhi Signature City and UPAVP’s project Mandola vihar and other resident of the area.
