According to the recently news the way for UP to be made free hold seems to be almost clear. The proposal for leasehold lands to be free hold in Uttar Pradesh is pending for almost 10 years, but according to recent news the government may take a decision on it very soon.

Recently in the month of January 2022, online suggestions and objections have been sought by the government on the draft of free holds policy. As everyone is aware that in the 2012 elections, the issue of freehold policy was put on their agenda by the SP government, But after the formation of the government they started work on it just for some time. By the year 2014, it became an issue in just one election and got buried in the files, which dealt a blow to the hopes of the people of the state.

From 2012 to 2022, people who had invested in Uttar Pradesh in last 10 years, had gaved up their hopes, but on January 03, 2022, current Yogi government has issue a press release for online public suggestions or abjections on amended draft of 2014, all suggestions will be acceptable within 15 days from the date of publish online. Suggestions have been sought by the government on the above draft by the common people, various organizations and institutions living in the state.

As the way for the Yogi government to come again to state has been cleared according to the counting of votes on March 10, then it can be expected by this year. Areas like Trans Delhi Signature City, (Tronica City), Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authoritry will benefit immensely after this freehold policy, Investers will also atarct in such areas.

Due to the current state’s lease hold policy investers avaoid to invest in these land due to major expences of transfer and registraion in their names. Having freehold will not only increase the land rates, but will also increase the enthusiasm of the residents, In such a conditions, areas like Tronica City, which are still available at half the price since 2012, will generate many investment opportunities in such areas. People coming here are expected to benefit manyfold, so it can prove to be a good idea to invest in Tronica City on such an occasion.
