Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council is developing Mandola Vihar scheme near Trans Delhi Signature City (formerly known as Tronica City). In this project of about 2800 acres, most of the area is being developed as residential along with group housing, commercial, school and other facilities are also being provided.
The above project was pending for a long time in which around 20 to 25000 flats have already been allotted. Now the Housing Development Council is going to allot 546 residential plots of 200.00, 112.50, 75.00 and 40.74 square meter.
The reservation rate of allotment has been fixed at Rs 26880 per meter which also includes freehold charge. Since the project is freehold, it will be a very profitable deal in the future. Also, due to development along with Tronica City, the rates of residential areas of both townships will also increase. Online registration for applying plots has been start from 15 December 2023 and will continue till 15 January 2024.
