Pricing & Payment Structure
- Base allotment rates start from ₹15,670 per sqm (up to 4,000 sqm) and decrease for larger plots.
- Additional charges: Up to 15% for preferential locations (e.g., corner plots, 30m+ road frontage, facing green belts).
- Registration Money → 10% of bid amount (refundable/adjustable).
- Post-Allotment Payment → 40% within 60 days; balance in 4 half-yearly installments at 10% interest.
- Lease: 90-year leasehold with options for one-time lease rent payment.
Development follows YEIDA norms (FAR, ground coverage, setbacks). No sub-division or amalgamation allowed.
