- Development Timeline: The project is proposed to be completed in 3 years. No claims will be entertained if timelines extend due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Maintenance and Welfare: UPAVP will handle maintenance until handover to the municipal corporation, with fees charged from possession date. Allottees must form an Industrial Welfare Committee within 90 days of allotment, mandatory for all.
- FAR and Coverage: Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.5 and 60% ground coverage allowed. Additional FAR can be purchased later.
- Taxes and Obligations: Allottees are responsible for GST, property tax, water tax, etc., imposed by government bodies.
Eligibility Criteria

- Be an Indian citizen aged 18 or above on the last date of registration.
- For institutions, registration in India is mandatory.

- Applicant/institution must be registered under MSME category with the relevant department.
- Reservations apply only to Uttar Pradesh residents; institutions are not eligible for reservations.
