UPSIDA has recently changed its allotment rates which have been implemented with immediate effect from 1st August 2022. Due to this increment of allotment rates, investors and industrialists who is interested to coming here will prove to be a bit expensive to buy property. because all the charges like transfer charge and registration charges etc, will be higher then current charges, This will affect the rate of Industrial areas like Tronica City and other areas too. The government has issued a list of increased rates for all its industrial areas,
