Uttar Pradesh industrial development authority (UPSIDA) has launched new industrial scheme for direct allotment at various locations in Uttar Pradesh, allotment process will be done by online E-auction process. Out of these some Industrial areas are in high demand due to non availability of resale plots. related documents can be downloaded from from 6th November 2023 and the final date of submission the documents is 18th November 2023. Interested users should read the terms and conditions first, before the final submission of the application because UPSIDA have changed some rules of earnest money, intrest rates and installments etc. list of Industrial areas are bellows:-
